Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the French drama At Work (A pied d’oeuvre). The album features the film’s original music composed by Jean-Michel Bernard (Be Kind Rewind, The Love Punch. The Science of Sleep, Madame Bovary, Paris-Manhattan) . At Work is co-written and directed by Valérie Donzelli and stars Bastien Bouillon, Virginie Ledoyen, André Marcon and Donzelli herself. The movie tells the true story of a successful photographer who gives up everything to devote himself to writing – and discovers poverty. The drama premiered at last year’s Venice Film Festival and is being released in French theaters today. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
