Opening semi-wide in around 500 theaters following an awards-qualifying release last month is the British drama H Is for Hawk directed by Philippa Lowthorpe and starring Claire Foy, Brendan Gleeson, Eden Hamilton and Josh Dylan. The film’s original music composed by Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch (All of Us Strangers, The Agency, Living, The Assessment,Late Shift, The Forgotten Battle, The Strays, Censor). Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score in December. Also opening semi-wide is the music drama Clika co-written and directed by Michael Greene and starring JayDee, Concrete, DoKNOW, Laura Lopez, Percy “Master P” Miller, Nana Ponceleon, Peter Greene and Eric Roberts. Michael “Nomad” Ripoll has composed the film’s original score. No soundtrack album has been announced. The movie, which tells the story of an aspiring small town musician who seizes the opportunity when a video of him performing one of his songs goes viral in order to carve out a place for himself in the new wave of Mexican-American music, is being released by Columbia Records.

Romy Fay and Juliano Valdi. The film’s original music is composed by Arnaud Toulon. Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as the original song Clouds Away by November Ultra & Toulon last November in the U.S. and Hamburger Records has released the album internationally.
