Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Westworld, Iron Man, Eternals, Pacific Rim, Clash of the Titans, Uncharted, A Wrinkle in Time) has been hired to score DC Studios’ upcoming feature Supergirl. The film is directed by Craig Gillespie (I, Tonya, Cruella) and stars Milly Alcock in the dual role of Supergirl/Kara Zor-El, alongside Matthias Schoenaerts, Eve Ridley, David Krumholtz, Emily Beecham, and Jason Momoa. Ana Nogueira wrote the screenplay. Peter Safran (Aquaman, The Conjuring) and James Gunn (Superman, Guardians of the Galaxy) are producing the project. Supergirl will be released in theaters nationwide on June 26, 2026 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
Djawadi also continues to score Prime Video’s Fallout, which will return for its second season next Wednesday, December 17 and HBO’s House of the Dragon, which will return for its third season next year.
