Cut Narrative will release the official soundtrack album for Rian Johnson’s Netflix original movie Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. The album features the movie’s original music composed by Nathan Johnson (Looper, Nightmare Alley, Poker Face, Brick, Don Jon, Kill the Messenger, Mr. Corman) who previously scored the first two installments in the Knives Out feature series. The soundtrack will be released on December 12 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (The Confession (Violin Concerto in G Minor)) is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out below. Wake Up Dead Man is written and directed by Rian Johnson and stars Daniel Craig, Josh O’Connor, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Daryl McCormack and Cailee Spaeny. The film follows Detective Benoit Blanc as he teams up with an earnest young priest to investigate a perfectly impossible crime at a small-town church with a dark history. The movie, which premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, will be released in select theaters on November 26 before making its streaming debut on December 12 on Netflix.
