Yze has released a soundtrack album for the French World War II comedy drama Lucky Star (La bonne étoile). The album features the film’s original music composed by Valentin Couineau (Little Girl Blue, Christmas Balls) & Romain Allender (The Holy Family, Christmas Carole). Lucky Star is directed by Pascal Elbé and stars Benoît Poelvoorde, Audrey Lamy and Elbé himself. The movie follows a bumbling trickster who accidentally deserts the army in 1940s France and must protect his family from the advancing Nazi threat. The comedy drama is opening in French theaters today.
