Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the biographical drama Christy. The album features the film’s original music composed by Antony Partos (Animal Kingdom, The Rover, 99 Homes, The Artful Dodger, I Am Mother, Fahrenheit 451, Adore). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, November 7 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first and final track below. Christy is directed by David Michôd and stars Sydney Sweeney, Ben Foster, Merritt Wever, Jess Gabor, Katy O’Brian, Chad L. Coleman and Ethan Embry. The movie tells the true story of Christy Martin who rose to fame as America’s most successful female boxer in the 1990s while dealing with toxic relationships and personal demons behind the scenes. The drama premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival and will be released in theaters nationwide on November 7 by Black Bear Pictures.
