Steve Lynch (Sanctuary: A Witch’s Tale, Wreck, The Cuckoo,Let Us Prey, Boys from Hell) has released a new soundtrack album for the RTÉ/Hulu original series Obituary. The album features selections of the composer’s original score from the show’s second season and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to Lynch’s first track after the jump. The composer has previously released an album featuring his music from Season 1 back in 2023. Obituary is created by Ray Lawlor and stars Siobhán Cullen, Michael Smiley, Danielle Galligan, Ronan Raftery, Noni Stapleton and Máiréad Tyers. The new season of comedy follows Elvira as her idyllic life of love and murder is upended as she must contend with her father’s death, a potential rival moving in on her turf, a colorful new boss, and a desire to bear her soul to Emerson. Season 2 will premiere in Ireland tomorrow this coming Tuesday, October 14 RTÉ One (and on the RTÉ Player) and will make its U.S. debut on Hulu on the same day.
