Ponyo Canyon will release a soundtrack album for the animated feature 100 Meters (Hyakuemu). The album features the film’s original music composed by Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Jujutsu Kaisen, Tokyo Revengers, Dr. Stone). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 17 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Two first tracks are available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. 100 Meters directed by Kenji Iwaisawa is based on the manga by Uoto and revolves around a naturally gifted track star and his relationship with a transfer student he first meets and teaches in sixth grade and – years later – reconnects as rivals on the track. The animated movie will open in Japanese theaters this coming weekend and will be released in select U.S. theaters on October 10 by GKIDS.
