Kaleido Sound will release a soundtrack album for the Australian sci-fi/horror action movie Primitive War. The album features the film’s original music composed by Frederik Wiedmann (The Dragon Prince,Star Trek: Picard, Batman: Caped Crusader, Occupation: Rainfall, Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Monster Summer, Doom: Annihilation, Big Nate). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 21 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Primitive War is is written and directed by Luke Sparke and stars Ryan Kwanten, Tricia Helfer, Nick Wechsler, Anthony Ingruber, Aaron Glenane and Jeremy Piven. The movie based on Ethan Pettus’ novel of the same name is set in Vietnam, 1968 and follows the members of a recon unit known who are sent to an isolated jungle valley to uncover the fate of a missing Green Beret platoon, but soon discover they are not alone. The Sparke Films production will be released in Australian and select U.S. theaters tomorrow.
