Eagle Pictures has released a soundtrack album for the Italian romantic comedy Leopardi & Co.. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alessandro Bencini (The Man on the Road, Dedalus, Hotspot – Amore senza rete). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Leopardi & Co. is directed by Federica Biondi and stars Jeremy Irvine, Whoopi Goldberg, Denise Tantucci, Paolo Calabresi and Paolo Camilli. The movie film tells the story of a young American actor dreaming of becoming a world star whose agent lands him the part as the great Italian poet Giacomo Leopardi, but since he knows nothing about the artist, a young Italian woman is hired to provide background information. The comedy is being released in Italian theaters today. No word yet on a domestic release.
