Chanda Dancy (Blink Twice, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Devotion, One of Them Days,Lawmen: Bass Reeves, I Wanna Dance with Somebody, The Defeated) has composed the original score for the upcoming romantic fantasy drama Eternal Return. The film is written and directed by Yaniv Raz (Dr. Bird’s Advice For Sad Poets) and stars Naomi Scott, Kit Harington, Simon Callow, Sonoya Mizuno and Jay Lycurgo. The movie follows an adventurous trio as they are journeying back through time in search of the power to love again. Raz is also producing the project with Margot Hand (Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar, Passing) for Picture Films, Jillian Apfelbaum (Late Night) & Tristen Tuckfield for Village Roadshow Pictures, James F. Lopez (Beast, What Men Want) & Greta Talia Fuentes for Macro Film Studios, as well as Scott & Jordan Spence for New Name Entertainment. Eternal Return will premiere this September at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival.
Dancy’s other recent projects include Rachel Lee Goldenberg’s Swiped, which will also premiere at TIFF and will debut on September 19 on Hulu.
