Milan Records has released the first track from the soundtrack for the action comedy The Naked Gun. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is The Naked Gun (Gordon Goodwin Remix) by the film’s composer Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout & Dead Reckoning, Black Widow, His Dark Materials, Black Adam, Top Gun: Maverick, Bad Boys for Life) and featuring Ira Newborn’s classic theme from the original Naked Gun trilogy, originally written for the Police Squad! TV series. Also listen to the track after the jump. A full soundtrack album will be released next Friday, August 1. The Naked Gun is directed by Akiva Schaffer and stars Liam Neeson, Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, CCH Pounder, Kevin Durand, Liza Koshy, Eddie Yu, Cody Rhodes and Danny Huston. The movie will be released in theaters nationwide on August 1 by Paramount Pictures.
