Tyler Bates (Guardians of the Galaxy, Deadpool 2, 300, John Wick, Watchmen, X, Atomic Blonde, Dawn of the Dead) has teamed up with Travis Bacon (Space Oddity, Story of a Girl) to score the new Prime Video original series The Bondsman. The show is created by Grainger David and stars Kevin Bacon, Jennifer Nettles, Damon Herriman, Maxwell Jenkins, Beth Grant and Jolene Purdy. The supernatural horror series follows a murdered bounty hunter who is resurrected by the Devil to hunt demons that have escaped from the prison of Hell. David & Bacon are also executive producing the Blumhouse Television, Marker 96, CrimeThink Production Company & Amazon MGM Studios production with showrunner Erik Oleson (Daredevil, Carnival Row), Jason Blum (Get Out, Halloween), Jeremy Gold (Sharp Objects, The Thing About Pam), Chris Dickie & Chris McCumber (he Horror of Dolores Roach, The Sticky) and Paul E. Shapiro. The Bondsman will premiere this Thursday, April 3 exclusively on Prime Video.
Bates also continues to co-score CBS’ Tracker, which currently airs Sunday nights and has already been renewed for a third season, as well as Paramount+’s Criminal Minds Evolution, which will return for its third season on May 7 and has also been renewed for another season.
