Ariel Marx (Candy, Shiva BabySanctuaryA Small LightA Friend of the Family, Birth/Rebirth, The Tale) is the composer of the upcoming FX limited series Dying for Sex. The show is created by Kim Rosenstock & Elizabeth Meriwether (The Dropout, New Girl) based on the Podcast by Wondery & Nikki Boyer and stars Michelle Williams, Jenny Slate, Jay Duplass, Kelvin Yu, Esco Jouléy, David Rasche, Rob Delaney and Sissy Spacek. The comedy drama revolves around a woman who after receiving a diagnosis of Stage IV metastatic breast cancer decides to leave her husband begins to explore the full breadth and complexity of her sexual desires for the first time in her life. Rosenstock , Meriwether Williams & Boyer are also executive producing the 20th Television production with Katherine Pope (Single Parents, George & ammy), Kathy Ciric (Three Women), Hernan Lopez (Dr. Death, Joe vs. Carole), Jen Sargent, Marshall Levy, Aaron Hart (WeCrashed, The Shrink Next Door), Leslye Headland (Russian Doll, The Acolyte), as well as Shannon Murphy (Babyteeth) who also directed the first episode. Dying for Sex will premiere on April 4 exclusively on Hulu.
