Lee Mendelson Film Productions will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 1974 animated television special It’s the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown! created by Charles M. Schulz and directed by Phil Roman. The album features the premiere release of complete score from the twelfth Peanuts special composed by Vince Guaraldi (A Charlie Brown Christmas, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Boy Named Charlie Brown). Also included as a bonus track is Woodstock’s Medley performed byDavid Benoit (piano) with original Guaraldi sidemen Seward McCain (bass) and Mike Clark (drums), recorded fifty years later at the same Hyde Street studio where the soundtrack was recorded in San Francisco.
