Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the Columbian Netflix original series One Hundred Years of Solitude (Cien años de soledad). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Camilo Sanabria & Juancho Valencia. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. One Hundred Years of Solitude is based on Gabriel García Márquez’s 1967 novel of the same title and stars Claudio Cataño, Marco Antonio González Ospina, Susana Morales Cañas, Diego Vásquez, Marleyda Soto, Akima and Loren Sofía Paz Jara. The drama is set in the mythical town Macondo and centers on seven generations of the Buendía family as they navigate love, oblivion and the inescapability of their past — and their fate. The first part (eight episodes) of the series is premiering today and the second part will debut next year exclusively on Netflix.
