Intrada Records will release a soundtrack album for the medical drama A Mistake. The album features the film’s original music composed by Frank Ilfman (Big Bad Wolves, Gunpowder Milkshake, The Operative, Ghost Stories, The Etruscan Smile). The soundtrack is set to be released digitally next Tuesday, December 10. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. A Mistake is written and directed by Christine Jeffs and stars Elizabeth Banks, Simon McBurney, Mickey Sumner and Rena Owen. The movie follows an expert surgeon who finds herself in a difficult situation when ehe makes a fateful decision during a routine surgery by allowing her young colleague to take charge of a delicate procedure. The drama, which premiered at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival, was released in select theaters in September by Quiver Distribution and is now also available on VOD.
