Madison Gate Records will release a soundtrack album for the Prime Video original series Cruel Intentions. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Jeff Cardoni (Silicon Valley, The Kominsky Method, Heels, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, White House Plumbers, Young Sheldon, The Franchise, CSI :Miami). Also included is a cover of Bill Withers’ Lean on Me performed by Jules Larson and Cardoni’s arrangement of The Verve’s Bittersweet Symphony. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, November 21 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to Cardoni’s main titles track and both covers below. Cruel Intentions is developed by Phoebe Fisher & Sara Goodman based on Roger Kumble’s 1999 feature of the same name and stars Sarah Catherine Hook, Zac Burgess, Savannah Lee Smith, John Harlan Kim, Sara Silva, Sean Patrick Thomas, Khobe Clarke and Brooke Lena Johnson. The drama follows the elite students of Manchester College, where reputation means everything, fraternities and sororities are the gold standard, and two ruthless step-siblings will do anything to stay on top of the cutthroat social hierarchy. The series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Prime Video.
