Plaza Mayor Company has released a soundtrack album for the Hong Kong/Chinese action thriller High Forces. The album features the film’s original music composed by Anthony Chue (Bodies at Rest, Reign of Assassins, G Storm, Flashover, Invisible Target, Divergence). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s opening theme below. High Forces is directed by Oxide Pang and stars Andy Lau, Zifeng Zhang, Tamia Liu, Xiaodong Guo, Chuxiao Qu and Shuguang Gao. The movie follows a father distanced from his family after a car accident takes the sight of his daughter who must use his professional bodyguard training when a flight they’re on is overtaken by armed hijackers. The thriller opened in China and other Asian markets earlier this month and is being released in select U.S. theaters this weekend by China Lion.
