Amazon Content Services has released a soundtrack album for the Brazilian crime drama The Park Maniac (Maníaco do Parque). The album features the film’s original score composed by Ed Côrtes (City of God, City of Men, The Truffle Hunters). Also included is a cover of Nirvana’s Where Did You Sleep Last Night produced by Côrtes performed by XAMÃ. The Park Maniac is directed by Maurício Eça and stars Giovanna Griggio, Silvero Pereira. The movie tells the story of Brazil’s greatest serial killer, motoboy Francisco, who in the 1990s was accused of convicted of attacking 23 women and murdering ten of them in São Paulo as revealed by a rookie reporter who sees investigating the crimes committed by the maniac as a great chance to boost her career. The drama premiered last Friday and is now available to stream on Prime Video.
