Plaza Mayor Company will release a soundtrack album for the French romantic comedy drama And the Party Goes On (Et la fete continue!). The album features the film’s original music composed by Michel Petrossian (Sic Transit Gloria Mundi, Bravo Virtuoso). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, September 13 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also check out the track list. And the Party Goes On is co-written and directed by Robert Guédiguian and stars Ariane Ascaride, Jean-Pierre Darroussin, Robinson Stévenin, Lola Naymark, Grégoire Leprince-Ringuet, Alicia Da Luz Gomes and Gérard Meylan. The movie follows a woman approaching retirement who is feeling disillusioned, when she meets a man and realizes that it’s not too late to fulfill her own political and personal dreams. The dramedy opened in French theaters last fall and in various other international territories over the last couple of months. No word on a domestic release.
