The full details of the soundtrack album for the fourth episode of the second season of the Prime Video original series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power have been revealed. The albums features the original score from Episode 4 (entitled Eldest) of Season 2 composed by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary (Outlander, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Happy Death Day). The soundtracks will be released digitally tomorrow, September 5 by Amazon Content Services exclusively on Amazon Music before becoming available on all major digital music services after the full season has premiered. The label has previously released three albums for the first three episodes of the new season last week, as well as the Season 2 album featuring selections of the composer’s score from the new season last month. Episode 4 of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Prime Video.
