Caldera Records has announced a soundtrack album for the thriller Haunted Heart. The album features the film’s original music composed and produced by Zbigniew Preisner (Three Colors, When a Man Loves a Woman, The Queen of Spain, Dekalog, The Secret Garden). The soundtrack is now available to order as a CD version on various specialty stores and a digital version is expected to be released in the coming weeks (visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download). Visit the label’s official website to check out audio samples and find out more about the release. Haunted Heart is co-written and directed by Fernando Trueba and stars Matt Dillon, Aida Folch and Juan Pablo Urrego. The movie follows a young woman who moves to an island in Greece to join the team of a boutique seaside restaurant and falls for the enigmatic manager, when she discovers haunting secrets about her partner that threaten to destroy their relationship. The thriller just opened in Spain last month and has been picked up by VMI Distribution for a domestic release in select U.S. theaters and on VOD on September 27.
