Netflix Music will release the official soundtrack album for the Indian Netflix limited series IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Alex Lamy with Richard Harvey (Luther, Arabian Nights, The Little Prince, Death of a President, Animal Farm). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 28 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack is created by Anubhav Sinha (who also directed the drama) & Trishant Shrivastava and stars Naseeruddin Shah, Pankaj Kapur, Vijay Varma, Kumud Mishra, Manoj Pahwa, Arvind Swamy and Dia Mirza. The 6-parter chronicles one of the longest hijackings in Indian history, as passengers faced mounting terror as the aircraft made emergency landings in four countries overnight . The series will premiere this Thursday, August 29 exclusively on Netflix.
