Platitude Music will release a soundtrack album for the indie sci-fi romantic comedy The Becomers. The album features the film’s original music composed and performed by Fritz Myers (Sushi Girl, White Reindeer, The Harrow, Little Sister). The soundtrack will be released digitally on September 23 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The composer’s end titles track is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. The Becomers is written and directed by Zach Clark and stars Russell Mael, Molly Plunk, Isabel Alamin, Mike Lopez and Keith Kelly. The movie follows two body-snatching alien lovers who arrive separately on Earth after being forced to flee their dying planet and are determined to find each other as they realize that life in modern-day America is more complicated than they could have ever imagined. The comedy premiered at last year’s Fantasia Film Festival and is being released in select theaters this weekend by Dark Star Pictures.
