Steven Price (Gravity, Last Night in SohoFury, Suicide Squad, Our PlanetBaby Driver, The World’s End) has composed the original music for the upcoming historical epic drama William Tell. The film is written and directed by Nick Hamm (The Hole, Godsend) and stars Claes Bang, Connor Swindells, Jonah Hauer-King, Golshifteh Farahani, Ellie Bamber, Rafe Spall, Emily Beecham, Jonathan Pryce and Ben Kingsley. The movie tells the story of the legendary 14th century warrior marksman, a formerly peaceful hunter who finds himself forced to take action as his family and homeland come under threat from the oppressive Austrian King and his ruthless warlords. Hamm is also producing the Temp and Free Turn production with Piers Tempest (The Wife, Emily) and Marie-Christine Jaeger-Firmenich. William Tell will premiere in September at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.

Price’s other recent projects include Tyler Nilson’s Michael Schwartz’s coming-of-age drama Los Frikis, which premiered at this year’s Miami Film Festival and is currently awaiting a release date.
