Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch (Living, All of Us Strangers, The Forgotten Battle, The Strays, Censor) has provided the original score for the upcoming sci-fi thriller The Assessment. The film is directed by Fleur Fortuné and stars Alicia Vikander and Elizabeth Olsen. The movie is set in a future world destroyed by climate change and follows a couple must pass an assessment before they are allowed to have a child. John Donnelly (The Pass) and Dave Thomas & Nell Garfath-Cox wrote the screenplay. Elizabeth Karlsen (Carol, Colette), Stephen Woolley (The Crying Game, The End of the Affair), Shivani Rawat (Captain Fantastic, Trumbo) and Grant S. Johnson (May December) are producing the Number 9 Films and Augenschein production. The Assessment will premiere next month at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.
