Les Films du Clan has released a soundtrack album for the French drama Paternel. The album features the film’s original music composed by Björn Gottschall and Damien Tronchot (aka Pavane). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Also listen to the composers’ “ouverture” track (Les enfants sauvages) after the jump. Paternel is co-written and directed by Ronan Tronchot and stars Grégory Gadebois, Géraldine Nakache and Lyes Salem. The movie is set in a small French town and follows an inspiring Catholic priest who – during a service – encounters a woman from his past and finds out that her 11-year-old son is his biological son. The drama just opened in French theaters this past Wednesday. No word on a domestic release.
