Walt Disney Records has released a new album featuring reimagined instrumental chillhop versions of classic songs and score tracks from Pixar Animation Studios classics. The new arrangements were created specifically for the Pixar Place Hotel, which will open at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim next week. Among the titles featured are tracks from Michael Giacchino’s scores from The Incredibles, Up, & Inside Out and the composer’s song Le Festin from Ratatouille, Thomas Newman’s Define Dancing from Wall-E, the original song Remember Me from Coco, Randy Newman’s classic You’ve Got a Friend in Me from Toy Story, Jon Batiste’s Born to Play from Soul, the Billie Eilish- & Finneas-penned Nobody Like U from Turning Red and the original song Touch the Sky from Brave.
