Singer/songwriter and actor Tyler Hilton (One Tree Hill, Walk the Line, Charlie Bartlett) and songwriter/guitarist Jaco Caraco have provided the original score for the upcoming comedy My Old Ass. The film is written and directed by Megan Park (The Fallout) and stars Maisy Stella, Percy Hynes White, Aubrey Plaza, Maddie Ziegler and Kebrice Brooks. The movie follows a bright-yet-irreverent teenager during the summer before college as she comes face-to-face with her older self during a mushroom trip. LuckyChap Entertainment’s Tom Ackerley & Margot Robbie (Barbie, I, Tonya), Josey McNamara (Promising Young Woman, Saltburn) and Indian Paintbrusth’s Steven Rales (The Grand Budapest Hotel, Moonrise Kingdom) are producing the project, which marks both Hilton’s & Caraco’s first scoring assignment. My Old Ass will premiere this week at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.
