Stefan Will (Phoenix, Freud, Transit, Burning Days, The State I Am In) has released a soundtrack album for the Austrian historical drama Alma & Oskar. The album features the composer’s original music from the film and is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Alma & Oskar is co-written and directed by Dieter Berner and stars Emily Cox, Valentin Postlmayr, Anton von Lucke. The movie explores the tumultuous and passionate three-year relationship between the Grand Dame of Viennese society Alma Mahler and Austrian artist Oskar Kokoschka. The drama premiered at last year’s International Film Festival of India and will be released theatrically in Germany, Austria and Switzerland this weekend. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
