Ryan Miller (Safety Not Guaranteed, The Kings of Summer, In a World, The Fundamentals of Caring) (of the rock band Guster) & Jay Lifton (Sister of the Groom, How He Fell in Love) have recently co-scored the upcoming Amazon original movie Something from Tiffany’s. The film is directed by Daryl Wein (Breaking Upwards, Lola Versus) and stars Zoey Deutch, Kendrick Smith Sampson, Shay Mitchell, Ray Nicholson, Leah Jeffries and Jojo T. Gibbs. The romantic comedy is based on the book by Melissa Hill and follows a woman whose life is upended when an engagement ring meant for someone else leads her to the person she’s meant to be with. Tamara Chestna (Moxie, After) wrote the screenplay. Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadt (Little Fires Everywhere, The Morning Show) are producing the project for Hello Sunshine. Miller has previously scored Wein’s previous feature How It Ends and Miller & Lifton have previously co-scored the 2016 documentary Land Grab. Something from Tiffany’s will premiere on December 9, 2022 exclusively on Prime Video.
