Blake Neely (The Flight Attendant, Arrow, The Flash, You, Greyhound, The Pacific) is the composer new HBO original series The Time Traveler’s Wife. The show is developed by Steven Moffat (Doctor Who, Sherlock) and stars Rose Leslie, Theo James, Desmin Borges and Natasha Lopez. The 6-part sci-fi romantic drama is based on the novel of the same title by Audrey Niffenegger (which has previously turned into the 2009 feature scored by Mychael Danna) and tells the story of Clare and Henry, and a marriage with a problem – time travel. Moffat is also executive producing the Warner Bros. Television production with Sue Vertue (Dracula), Brian Minchin (Doctor Who, Class), Joseph E. Iberti (Watchmen, Doctor Who), as well as David Nutter (Game of Thrones, Disturbing Behavior) who also directed the show. The Time Traveler’s Wife will premiere this Sunday, May 15 on HBO and will also be available to stream on HBO Max.
Neely also continues to score HBO Max’s The Flight Attendant, Netflix’s You and The CW’s The Flash, Riverdale, All American and All American: Homecoming. He also recently scored Ryan White’s documentary Good Night Oppy, which will be released in select theaters on November 4, 2022 before premiering on Amazon Prime on November 23.
