Composer Blake Neely (The Flight Attendant, Arrow, The Pacific, Greyhound The Flash, You) is reteaming with director Ryan White on the upcoming documentary Good Night Oppy. The film tells the story of Opportunity, one of NASA’s twin Mars Exploration Rovers, and the connection that grew between the robotic explorer and the people who built and ran it. Industrial Light & Magic created the project’s visual effects. Darryl Frank & Justin Falvey (The Americans, The Haunting of Hill House) are producing the Amazon Studios production for Amblin Partners, alongside Brandon Carroll (Naomi Osaka) and Matt Goldberg for Film 45 and Jessica Hargrave and White for Tripod Media. Neely has previously collaborated with White on the features The Case Against 8, Serena, Ask Dr. Ruth and Assassins and the docuseries The Keepers and Visible: Out on Television. Good Night Oppy will premiere this year on Amazon Prime.
