Daniel Rojas (Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts) has been tapped to score the upcoming Hulu animated series Marvel’s Hit-Monkey. The show is created by Josh Gordon & Will Speck (Blades of Glory, Office Christmas Party, The Switch) based on the Marvel Comics characters and features the voices of Fred Tatasciore, Jason Sudeikis, George Takei, Ally Maki, Nobi Nakanishi and Olivia Munn. The series follows a Japanese snow monkey who joins forces with the ghost of an American assassin after his tribe is slaughtered, and together, they begin killing their way through the Yakuza underworld. Gordon & Speck are also executive producing the Marvel Studios production. Keith Foglesong, Matt Thompson (Archer) and Neal Holman (America: The Motion Picture) serve as co-executive producers. Rojas has previously scored Marvel’s adult animated series M.O.D.O.K., which premiered earlier this year and is now available to stream. Marvel’s Hit-Monkey will debut on November 17, 2021 on Hulu.
