Productions Casablance has released a soundtrack album for the French Canadian TV series Happily Married (C’est comme ça que je t’aime). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Patrick Lavoie (Everything Is Fine, Henri Henri, N.O.I.R., Blue Moon). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples and check out the full track list. Happily Married is written by François Létourneau, directed by Jean-François Rivard and stars Létourneau himself, alongside Patrice Robitaille, Marilyn Castonguay, Karine Gonthier-Hydman and Sophie Desmarais. The dark comedy drama is set in 1974 in the quiet suburb of Sainte-Foy and centers on two discontented couples who, after they bring their kids to summer camp, must face the pitiful state of their marriages. The series, which had its world premiere at this year’s Berlin Film Festival, is premiering on CBC in Canada and on Salto in France.
