Brian McOmber (It Comes at Night, Krisha, Blow the Man Down, Little Woods, Mickey and the Bear) is the composer of the new Showtime documentary Kingdom of Silence. The film is directed by Rick Rowley (Dirty Wars) and examines the complex relationship between the United States and Saudi Arabia, and how the murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi amplified entanglements between the two countries. Alex Gibney (Taxi to the Dark Side, Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room) is executive producing the Jigsaw production with Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Lawrence Wright (The Looming Tower, Going Clear: Scientology & the Prison of Belief), Stacey Offman (The Innocence Files, Dirty Money), Richard Perello (Super Troopers, Beerfest) and Vinnie Malhotra (Outcry, Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics and Men). McOmber has previously collaborated with Rowley on last year’s 16 Shots. Kingdom of Silence will premiere on October 2, 2020 exclusively on Showtime.
