Loop Recordings Aot(ear)oa has released a soundtrack album for the crime drama Savage. The album features the film’s original music composed by Arli Liberman. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here. Savage is written and directed by Sam Kelly and stars Jake Ryan, John Tui and Chelsie Preston Crayford. The movie is inspired by true stories of New Zealand’s street gangs and follows the main character at three critical moments in his life as he grows from a boy into the violent enforcer of a gang. The drama premiered at last year’s BFI London and Busan International Film Festivals and just opened theatrically in the UK and New Zealand this week and will be coming out in Australia in October.
