Shogun Music will release the album The Piano Framed, which features new recordings of scores by Academy Award-nominated composer George Fenton for solo piano, arranged and performed by pianist Simon Chamberlain. Among the titles featured on the album are Shadowlands, The Blue Planet, Dangerous Liaisons, You’ve Got Mail, Groundhog Day, Anna and the King, Ever After: A Cinderella Story, The Object of My Affection, We’re No Angels and The Lady in The Van. The Piano Framed will be released digitally on July 31, 2020 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A limited edition vinyl and CD edition featuring 17 of the 24 tracks included on the digital release will be coming out on August 14 (visit the composer’s official website to order).
