Milan Records has announced a soundtrack album for the animated feature No. 7 Cherry Lane. The album features the film’s original music composed by director Yonfan, Yu Yat-Yiu and Chapavich Temnitikul. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, July 10 and will be available to stream/download here. No. 7 Cherry Lane is written and directed by Yonfan (Bishonen) and stars Sylvia Chang, Zhao Wei, Alex Lam, Kelly Yao and Daniel Wu. The film is set in the politically charged Hong Kong of the 1960s and tells the story of an English literature student who enters into a love triangle with the woman he is tutoring and her middle-aged mother. The Far Sun Film Company Limited production premiered at last year’s Venice Film Festival and will be released in Hong Kong next month before coming out in other markets.
