Pitbull (aka Armando Christian Perez) and Jorge Gomez have composed the original score for the biographical drama Gotti. The film is directed by Kevin Connolly and stars John Travolta in the title role, alongside Kelly Preston, Ella Bleu Travolta, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Stacy Keach, Chris Mulkey, Lydia Hull and Spencer Lofranco. The movie tells the story of John Gotti, the flamboyant head of the Gambino crime family who spent the last decade of his life in prison before dying of throat cancer in 2002 Lem Dobbs (Dark City, The Score, The Company You Keep) and Leo Rossi have written the screenplay. Randall Emmett & George Furla (2 Guns, Lone Survivor, End of Watch) are producing the project with Marc Fiore and Michael Froch. The project marks Pitbull’s first scoring assignment. Gotti will be released in theaters on June 15, 2018.
