Vik Sharma has composed the original score for the upcoming comedy drama Fighting with My Family. The film is written and directed by Stephen Merchant (Cemetery Junction, The Office) and stars Dwayne Johnson, Vince Vaughn, Florence Pugh, Nick Frost and Lena Headey. The movie is inspired by the Channel 4 British documentary The Wrestlers: Fighting With My Family and revolves around a reformed gangster and former wrestler, his wife and their children, who make a living performing in tiny venues across the country. Kevin Misher (The Scorpion King, The Rundown, The Interpreter) of Misher Films is producing the project with WWE Studios President Michael Luisi (The Call). Sharma has previously scored the Merchant-created HBO series Hello Ladies and the Merchant-produced show An Idiot Aborad. Fighting with My Family is set to be released on September 14, 2018 by MGM.
