The full details of the soundtrack album for Guillermo del Toro’s The Shape of Water have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Alexandre Desplat (The Grand Budapest Hotel, The King’s Speech, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Godzilla) who collaborated with opera singer Renée Fleming on his score. Also included are tracks by Andy Williams, Glenn Miller & His Orchestra, Carmen Miranda & more. The soundtrack will be released physically on December 8, 2017 by Decca Records and can now be pre-ordered on Amazon. Check back on this page for more information on the digital release. The Shape of Water is co-written and directed by del Toro and stars Sally Hawkins, Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Michael Stuhlbarg, Doug Jones and Octavia Spencer.
