ENKA has released a soundtrack album for the French romantic drama The Confession (La confession). The album features the film’s original music composed, orchestrated and conducted by Nicolas Errera (Shaolin, The Butterfly, Mountain Cry, The White Storm). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. The Confession is directed by Nicolas Boukhrief and stars Romain Duris, Marine Vacth, Anne Le Ny, Solene Rigot, Amandine Dewasmes, Lucie Debay and Charles Lefebvre. The movie is based on th Beatrix Beck novel Leon Morin, Pretre and revolves around a young woman who confesses, while lying on her deathbed, that she fell in love with a priest in Occupied France during the Second World War. The movie was released in French theaters earlier this month. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
