The full details of the soundtrack album for the comedy Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping have been announced. The album features the songs from the film performed by The Lonely Island feat. such guest performers as P!nk, Seal, Emma Stone, Adam Levine, LINKIN PARK, Chris Redd and Akon. The soundtrack will be released on June 3, 2016 by Republic Records and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A couple of tracks from the album are already available as singles. Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping is directed by Akiva Schaffer & Jorma Taccone who also star in the film alongside Andy Samberg, Imogen Poots, Sarah Silverman, Tim Meadows, Maya Rudolph and Joan Cusack. The Judd Apatow-produced comedy, which follows a singer/rapper who faces a crisis of popularity after his sophomore album flops and his celebrity high life begins to collapse, will be released nationwide on June 3 by Universal Pictures.
