Warner Music Italy will release a soundtrack album for Giuseppe Tornatore’s drama Correspondence (La Corrispodenza). The album features the film’s original music composed and arranged by Ennio Morricone (Once Upon a Time in the West, The Hateful Eight, The Mission, Days of Heaven) who previously collaborated with the director on such movies as Cinema Paradiso, Malena and The Legend of 1900. The soundtrack will be released digitally on January 15, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. Correspondence is written and directed by Tornatore and stars Jeremy Irons & Olga Kurylenko. The movie centers on the love affair between a professor and a younger PhD student who takes excessive risks in her paid work as a stuntwoman. The romantic drama will be released in Italy this Thursday, January 14. No domestic release has been announced yet.
