BT has announced on Twitter that he has taken over scoring duties on the upcoming ABC drama Wicked City. He is co-scoring the series with Mike DiMattia. The series is created by Steven Baigelman (Get on Up) and stars Ed Westwick, Erika Christensen, Jeremy Sisto, Taissa Farmiga, Gabriel Luna, Anne Winters, Karolina Wydra, Evan Ross and Jaime Ray Newman. The show follows a unique case set in Los Angeles, starting with a murder case from 1982 centered on the rock ’n’ roll, cocaine-infused revelry of the Sunset Strip. Baigelman also serves as an executive producer on the ABC Studios production, alongside Todd Lieberman & David Hoberman (The Fighter, The Proposal), Laurie Zaks (Castle) and Jon Cassar (24). Mark Kilian was previously attached to compose the music for the series. BT and DiMattia previously scored ABC’s Betrayal. His other scoring credits include such features as The Fast and the Furious, Monster and the upcoming Solace. Wicked City will premiere next Tuesday, October 27, 2015 on ABC.
