David Williams has recently composed the score for the upcoming psychological thriller The Dorm. The film is directed by Rachel Talalay (Tank Girl, Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare) and stars Alexis Knapp, Cassie Steele and Max Lloyd Jones. The movie follows a student who begins college as a shy, self-consciousness freshman and undergoes a complete transformation into a flawless, seductive beauty at the hands of her new dorm mates. Sean Hood (Halloween: Resurrection, Conan the Barbarian) has written the screenplay and Mike Frisley & Chad Oakes (Fargo) are producing the MTV and Sony Pictures production. Williams’ previous scoring credits include such titles as Phantoms, Supernova, The Prophecy and this year’s Freezer. The Dorm is expected to premiere later this year on MTV.
