110 Records will release the album Aftermath, which features music from and inspired by the indie drama War Story. The film’s original score is composed by Evanescence lead vocalist Amy Lee and Dave Eggar. Also included is the the original song Push the Button performed by Lee. The album will be released on August 25, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. War Story is directed by Mark Jackson and stars Catherine Keener, Hafsia Herzi, Vincenzo Amato, Donatella Finocchiaro and Ben Kingsley. The movie follows a battle-scarred photojournalist who risks her life to rescue a young refugee. The drama premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and was released in select theaters and on VOD last Friday by IFC Films.
