Jeff Cardoni has been hired to score the upcoming TV drama Full Circle. The 10 episode series marks the television debut of filmmaker and playwright Neil LaBute (Lakeview Terrace, In the Company of Men, Nurse Betty) and examines the human condition and relationships through a series of conversations between 11 people whose lives, unbeknownst to them, are intertwined. The show’s cast includes Tom Felton, Minka Kelly, Julian McMahon, David Boreanaz, Keke Palmer, Devon Gearhart, Billy Campbell, Kate Walsh, Cheyenne Jackson, Noah Silver, Ally Sheedy and Robin Weigert. Nick Hamm (The Hole, Godsend, Rogue) is executive producing the project for Momentum TV. Full Circle is set to premiere on October 9 on DirectTV’s Audience Channel.
Cardoni has also scored the CBS two-hour special Teach. The show from Waiting for Superman and An Inconvenient Truth director Davis Guggenheim captures the essence of what it means to be a teacher through the lens and extensive footage of a year-in-the-life of four public school teachers. Queen Latifah is hosting an narrating the special. The Participant Media presentation is executive produced by Jeff Skoll and produced by Lisa Zimble and Shannon Dill. Teach is set to premiere on September 6, 2013 on CBS.
Also coming up for the composer is the NBC comedy The Michael J. Fox show, as well as the feature The Secret Life of Dorks. The movie directed by Salomé Breziner and Gaelan Connell, Vanessa Marano, Beau Mirchoff, Jim Belushi, Jennifer Tilly and Riley Volkel is now available on VOD and will be released in select theaters on September 27.
